Where can I find the listings of Gelbach Properties & Warrensburg4Rent.com?

Just click on the menu up to the left on the option "Listings" and it will give you a comprehensive listing of all our properties and their particulars.

You can call and make arrangement to pick up at 300 S Holden or pick up at the Chamber of Commerce.

What is the soonest I can move in?

Well this all depends on how fast you can get the application and credit application back to us. If you are a student or in the military there are a few more things you must also due. However, if everything is completed and you are in fact approved to move in, it can be sometimes the very next day, if all of the deposits have been made.

When is the rent due each month?

The rent is due on the 1st day of each month, while we honor a 4 day grace period, there will be a service fee attached to everything after these days if rent is not current.
